Teresa has been spiritually aware since the tender age of five, when a beautiful gentle spirit visited her. It wasn’t until she became 18-years of age that she started to build and grow her special gift. Now, for the first time, she is putting her experience on a CD, to help you connect with the spirits too.

Over the last 20 years, Teresa has written and delivered accredited crystal courses, lead development courses on spiritual awareness and is a life coach to the many people that she has met over the years, helping them to become more assertive and confident.
